SAUSAGE TARTS tasty appetizer 1 pkg Mild Sausage 1 1/4 c Monterey jack Cheese 1 1/4 c Cheddar Cheese 1 c Ranch Dressing 1/2 tsp Crushed/Ground Cayenne Pepper Athens Foods Mini Fillo Shells (you can find them at Schnucks or Dierbergs) This recipe fills about 50 of these, depending on how full you fill the shells. Cook Sausage and drain fat. Mix all ingredients together and fill shells. The Shells are already cooked, so you can place them in a Toaster Oven or Oven (350 degrees) for 6-7 mins or you can Zap 'em in the micro wave for about 15-20 sec (depends on your microwave...)
